Robert K. Lacy, Esq.
Robert's experience in law, business, leadership, and global cultures brings a unique perspective to his practice of law and his passion to support the international and immigrant communities and their families. His law firm represents immigrants and their families in asylum before the US Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals, as for citizenship, residency and visas with the US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and the Department of State. Robert has advised and represented immigrants from more than 85 countries worldwide.

Andrew Bahr, Esq.
Andrew (“Andrés”) is the former owner and principal attorney at Andrew Bahr Attorney at Law PLLC, a Woodbridge-based low-bono immigration firm. Andrew joined Amino Immigration PLLC in April 2025 and now supervises Amino’s Woodbridge office. Andrew answers immigration questions live twice a week on “Tardes de Bendición with Juan Ramon,” a local Spanish-language radio program on 98.1 FM (920 AM radio). Andrew started working with refugees in 2014 through the International Refugee Assistance Project, where he later became a Chapter Director. In law school, he was a contract interpreter working at the Immigration Courts and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Andrew is a former volunteer with Amica Center, Ayuda, and the Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.

Christian Vega, Esq.
Christian is an experienced attorney in removal defense, family-based immigration services, and criminal law. A native Virginian, Christian is the son of Mexican and Bolivian parents, and fluent in Spanish. Christian earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Washington, in International Affairs with a minor in Economics. Christian earned his law degree from the University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law. During law school, Christian participated in the Children’s’ Defense Clinic. He represented juveniles under Virginia’s Third Year Practice Rule. Christian also worked for former Governor of Virginia Terry McAuliffe’s Office of Legal Counsel as a legal intern. In law school, Christian received the CALI Excellence Certificate in his Negotiations Course for the highest student grade. In 2018, Christian was admitted to the Virginia State Bar. From 2018-2021, Christian worked for the Law Offices of Robert K. Lacy as an Associate Attorney. From 2021 to 2023, Christian worked as a prosecuting attorney for Prince William County’s Prosecutor Office, and then the Fairfax County’s Prosecutor Office. Christian rejoined our Office in 2023.

Mariana Viera Lugo, Esq.
Mariana Viera Lugo is an experienced immigration attorney. Originally from Puerto Rico, Mariana attended the University of Georgia for her bachelor’s degrees in journalism and political science and received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. She has worked at several small immigration firms, representing clients before the immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Maryland Circuit Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mariana has spent her career working with immigrants and advocating for their rights.
Mariana lives in Gaithersburg, Maryland with her partner. She enjoys going to bookstores, reading, and spending time with her partner and pets. Member, Maryland State Bar. Not Licensed by Virginia State Bar. Practice Limited to Federal Immigration Matters.
